June 2 - A great day for golf!
Thanks to our generous sponsors and loyal participants, the 27th annual golf outing was a great success! Proceeds of more than $27,000 were raised and will help support Hendricks Regional Health's community outreach efforts such as free health screenings and patient education classes. Outing Information
The Hendricks Regional Health Foundation Golf Open consists of up to 54 four-member teams playing in a Florida scramble format. Two sessions are held, with no more than 18 teams in the morning session and up to 36 foursomes in the afternoon session. The 2011 outing will be held Wednesday, June 1 at Prestwick Country Club. Sponsorship and pre-registration materials are available now.
Proceeds from the outing support the Foundation's scholarship program and community outreach programs of Hendricks Regional Health. Members of the top three teams, 10th and 20th places are awarded gift certificates from the Prestwick Pro Shop. Closest-to-the-pin and longest drive awards also are presented. Golfers enjoy a continental breakfast, lunch buffet and delicious steak dinner.
