Avon Night Light
Another great effort by Avon High School Student Government who planned a wonderful second annual community event and 5K walk/run. Unfortunately, Mother Nature ruled and forced cancellation of the event on April 29. However, thanks to support from generous sponsors and pre-registered participants, more than $8,300 has again be donated to support the hospital’s pediatric unit and prenatal care for expectant moms in need.
Thanks to sponsors, participants, and everyone who worked so hard on this event! View their awesome 2016 lip dub video here.

Holiday Cheer Appreciated
Thanks to customers at Reds Donuts in Danville who donated new toys, and those at the Plainfield Pet Smart who purchased and donated stuffed animals for children and families. With grateful hearts, Hendricks Regional Health Foundation thanks all who made the 2016 Hendricks Regional Health Foundation Gala a huge success! With your support, we are able to purchase a wheelchair-accessible van to help patients get to vital medical appointments at Hendricks Regional Health.

Plan to attend the 2017 event on Friday, November 10. It will be a night to remember!
Health & Heroes Celebration
Although the motorcycle ride was rained out, those who attended and enjoyed breakfast, amazing Color & Honor Guard presentation, a visit with vendors, lunch, and participated in the raffle had a great time! Thanks to vendors and guests, and especially Brownsburg American Legion Post 331, SAL and others who made this such a meaningful day! Proceeds of $2,885 split between HRH Foundation and the Hendricks County Sheriff Department’s K-9 Unit help keep our community healthy and safe.
GiveBack Event a Success
Our partners at Bill Estes Ford and individuals who purchased vehicles in August are amazing! Thanks to this annual promotion, HRH Foundation received $9,400 for its HendricksGO! project to help purchase a wheelchair accessible van to provide transportation for patients to get to and from medical appointments. Thanks to all who participated and to Bill Estes Ford for your great community support!
Little Angels Ride
Thanks to sponsors and participants in the Little Angels Ride! Proceeds of $9,000 from Jerome and Gracie’s Little Angels Ride are directed to the hospital’s infant bereavement program. In addition to funds raised in 2016, a generous donor stepped up to donate a Cuddle Cot to our hospital. It was a wonderful day! The event date for 2017 is Saturday, August 5.
The ride and its founders, Mandie and Jerry Bergman, received a 2015 Inspiring Families and Building Communities Award for Distinguished Service from Purdue University’s College of Health and Human Sciences. This annual award recognizes a program or collaboration that improves the well-being of Indiana families. Hats off to the Little Angels Ride!
