The annual Associates Giving Campaign at Hendricks Regional Health Foundation is a way for associates, physicians and volunteers to give back and help support the Hendricks Regional Health mission of providing compassionate care for our family, friends, and neighbors.
The 2020 campaign is focused on raising funds for the Cancer Patient Assistance & Education Fund. This fund is designed to help cancer patients at Hendricks Regional Health with financial relief for things like food, medicine, wigs, and transportation while they battle this terrible disease. Donations will also be used to purchase educational materials such as nutrition books and reference guides to support patients throughout their cancer journey.
At Hendricks Regional Health, 20% of our cancer patients have received financial support in 2020. This need will only grow as we continue to navigate through the global pandemic.
Know your impact. Here is how your donation can make an impact:
- $3 per pay period purchases nutritional materials for eight cancer patients
- $5 per pay period covers the cost of an oil change and two tanks of gas for a cancer patient
- $10 per pay period provides a wig for a cancer patient undergoing treatment
- $20 per pay period pays half of a monthly mortgage payment or rent for a cancer patient
Associates are welcome to support any Hendricks Regional Health Foundation program or initiative important to them. 100% of all donations during the Associates Giving Campaign are tax-deductible and will support the project designated by the donor!
