Imagine missing a medical appointment—not because you forgot, but because you had no way to get there.

In Hendricks County, this is a daily challenge. A national study shows that 58% of missed appointments are due to lack of transportation—a barrier to health and healing.

Bridging the Gap

Public transportation in west central Indiana is limited, and other services are often booked weeks in advance. That’s why Hendricks Regional Health partnered with Hendricks County Senior Services to launch HendricksGO!, a medical transport service that gets patients to the care they need.

Since 2017, HendricksGO! has:

• Driven over 22,600 miles annually

• Served 250+ riders each year

• Provided safe, reliable rides to HRH medical and wellness appointments

In 2025, we added a second van to meet growing demand!
