In honor of the tireless efforts of Hendricks Regional Health Associates and Physicians the Hendricks Regional Health Foundation is selling “Relentless Dedication” t-shirts to benefit the COVID-19 Support Fund. All proceeds will be distributed to our areas of greatest need including associate care support. T-shirts are available for purchase by the general public.
These shirts are a soft style in Heather Irish Green and are available by pre-order only through April 26th. Shirts are $15 for Hendricks Regional Health Associates and $20 for the general public ($15 for the shirt plus $5 for shipping).

- What does my purchase support? All proceeds raised will support the COVID-19 Support Fund. The Support Fund will be used to cover areas of greatest need during Hendricks Regional Health’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
- How will I get my shirt? For Hendricks Regional Health Associate, shirts will be delivered to your department/facility and distributed within your department. For general public, shirts will be shipped via USPS.
- When will I get my shirt? All orders will be held until sales end on April 26th. Shirts will be delivered to Hendricks Regional Health the second week of May to be distributed or mailed at that time.
- Can I return or exchange my shirt? Unfortunately, no, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges.
