Support our End-of-Year Campaign and help in the fight against COVID-19.

This has been a year unlike any in our lifetime. Since March, thousands of Indiana residents have caught the novel coronavirus and been diagnosed with COVID-19. And we’re not out of the woods yet.

As West Central Indiana’s indispensable health partner, Hendricks Regional Health is on the front lines of the fight against COVID-19 every day. The support we’ve received from our neighbors has been incredible, and it has been an honor to care for those who call this community home.

Now we need your help again. This year, our End-of-Year Giving Campaign is focused on raising money for our COVID Relief Fund to help us dramatically enhance and increase our COVID-19 testing capabilities. These resources are crucial in combatting COVID-19 – and having access to them will directly help us save lives.

Our goal is to raise $150,000 to invest in support for our coronavirus relief effort and new test equipment to help protect our families, friends, and neighbors – and help keep our schools, businesses and public places open and thriving.

A New Definition of Heroes

During these unprecedented times, our associates and physicians have stepped up in remarkable ways. They’ve been put in incredibly difficult situations, and we couldn’t be prouder of how they’ve responded.

For example: Dr. Sumit Chawla is a Hendricks pulmonary critical care physician. He tells the story of a young patient with COVID-19 who was severely ill, on life support for nearly 30 days, whose heart stopped more than once while he was in the ICU. After weeks of dedicated care, the team at Hendricks was able to reunite him with his wife and children – the result of his courageous spirit and our team’s relentless dedication to the health of the people we serve.
